The text on the epitaph reads:

And alien tears will fill for him
Pity's long-broken urn,
For his mourners will be outcast men,
And outcasts always mourn.

An encore:
The angel's male genitalia were stolen and, in 2000, replaced by a silver prosthesis designed by Leon Johnson. This prosthesis was stolen was well.
